Kickboxing is a combat sport, focusing on two styles, Points and Continuous.
Points is a stop and start style similar to Olympic Tae Kwon Do or Karate.
Continuous is a non-stop style similar to boxing
When you start you will learn basic techniques and combos giving you a solid foundation.
After progressing through a few belts, you will be encouraged to start using these combos in light contact sparring staring with points style. When you have progressed to advanced level the students will move on to Continuous style.
